Thoughts from the Andes

There has been an ever growing demand for these “rare earth” minerals.  Outside of China Peru is another country where these elements can be found.  It will b interesting to see if China beging to tap the Peruvian market for these elements as it has for more basic materials like copper, iron, and gold in Peru.
